Nevada Federal Credit Union - Requirement is to be a resident of Las Vegas for at least one or more years.
Wells Fargo - They have a Opportunity Checking Account Package at their bank locations in Nevada that is designed for cunsumers who have been unable to open a bank account due to their previous banking history or credit problems.
